What was the total time that you cooked the bird?

Cook Time entirely depends on the weight of your bird but mine took about 4 hours and 15 minutes until the thickest part reached 165ºF. Some turkeys come with the a pop up timer which will let you know that it's ready or use a meat thermometer! :)
