Hello and Happy Wednesday :)

Can you believe it’s already the end of April? Spring is quite literally springing away! Last month, I started sharing my monthly favorites, and since so many of you enjoyed them, I’m keeping the tradition going.
This month’s list is a fun mix of kitchen tools, pantry staples, beauty and personal care picks, and a few clothing finds I’ve been loving.
If you're here just for the food, feel free to scroll on down (the recipe is below!)
This time, I’m sharing a cozy pasta dinner for two. It’s hearty, earthy, and nutty-just the kind of meal that hits the spot on a rainy Spring day (and trust me, we've had plenty of those lately here in the Midwest).

Food/Drink:
Aperol Spritz: a tried and true favorite of mine, there’s something so chic about them. Sipping on a spritz on a sunny day; chefs kiss.
-2 oz. Aperol
-2 Dash of Orange Bitters
-Squeeze of Lemon Juice
-4 oz. Prosecco
-Top with Soda Water
-Garnish Orange Slice
Matcha: Let’s be real, matcha has been everywhere on social media lately. As a habitual 2 p.m. energy drink person, I finally gave in and made the switch to a midday matcha. I’ll admit, it feels like a slightly healthier choice…
Strawberry Hibiscus Syrup: Hands down the most versatile syrup I’ve made. I’m already on my third batch and have been adding it to everything from matchas to Aperol Spritzes. It’s bright, floral, and just sweet enough to level up any drink.
One Pan Spring Chicken and Couscous: my most requested dish this month
Crunchy Salads/Slaws: There’s just something about a refreshing crunchy lettuce-less salad. (a new crunchy lettuce-less salad coming soon…)
Kitchenware
Weck Jars: Not only do I use them for Matcha…I also like using them for storing syrups, jams, pickled items and dry goods because they make an incredible air tight seal. Just great versatile jars and are free of plastic!
Fable Glassware: I’m usually skeptical of anything labeled “super durable” when it comes to glassware—but these have totally earned the title. I’ve accidentally dropped or bumped them against the counter more times than I’d like to admit, and they’ve held up without a single scratch or crack. The hype is real.
Corningware Double Spouted 1 Qt. Saucepan: I used this in a recent video and got asked for a link! I found it at a thrift/vintage store however they are also available on Ebay :)
Julienne Peeler: Perfect for crunchy salads and slaws.
Clothing/Other
Aritzia Tshirts- $28 I’ve been loving these lately, especially in white and heather cloud white. It’s surprisingly hard to find light-colored, fitted tees that aren’t see-through, but these check all the boxes. A great staple to have in any wardrobe.
Ring Set- $9 It’s no secret that I enjoy mixing and matching rings. This set is cheap but doesn’t turn my fingers green :)…andddd if I misplace a couple it’s not a huge deal.
Reformation Bryson Dress - wore this at Pebble Beach Food and Wine, it’s a great sundress that you can dress up or dress down for any occasion
Reformation Wynton Dress - also wore this at Pebble Beach Food and Wine, for being such a “simple” black dress the small details are truly what makes it. Definitely will be finding an excuse to wear it again.
Madewell Airy Denim - SO soft. Low rise and relaxed, straight fit. I’m not a huge shorts girl, so I will be reaching for these all Spring/Summer because of how light and comfortable they are. And you can pair these with a kitten heel to dress them up!
Away Luggage - There’s something about a cute durable matching luggage set that’s also large enough to pack 4 pairs of shoes and still have room for outfits. I’ve traveled with this set numerous times and I love how easily you can stack and roll the bag(s) around. Durable and easy to clean as well :)
Beauty/Skincare
Glossier You Fleur- My go to perfume is Glossier You, so when I saw they launched a floral version I had to give it a go. It’s airy and luminous, perfect for Spring/Summer. Definitely a very feminine scent!
Saie Glowy Super Gel: I love using this with a tinted moisturizer or tinted primer for light makeup days. I like the color warm glow for when I really lack a tan, and sun glow for summer months.
Laneige Lip Mask: I use this as a daily chapstick, it is SO hydrating

A creamy hearty pasta topped with a homemade pesto that’s a little less thick than your average pesto, burrata and toasted pine nuts.
