It’s no secret, tomato season is in full swing. One of my personal favorites being sungold tomatoes. They are tiny, sweet and citrusy in flavor.
Growing up and watching Hell’s Kitchen I remember Gordon Ramsay screaming at the chefs about how poorly they executed the lobster risotto. So I decided that it was time to try it out with my own spin of course.
The inspo: tomato season and a previous lobster pasta I had made about a year ago.
