Shrimp and Scallop Scampi with Linguine
If there is a go to dish at a restaurant or just a dish I fall in love with cooking over and over again this would be it.
Ingredients
12 oz Linguine
1/2 Lb Scallops
1 lb Tiger Shrimp
1 stick of butter (divided)
5 garlic cloves minced
1/4 C Parsley Finely Chopped
1 Tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
2/3 C Dry White Wine
6-8 Basil leaves thinly sliced
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Salt and Pepper
~2 Tbsp Olive oil
Garnish with basil, olive oil and a squeeze of lemon.
