Secondly, a Date Night Dinner is long overdue on this newsletter. So here we’ve got a smoky, spicy and sweet red pepper pasta with scallops. This is a very versatile sauce so if scallops aren’t your jam swap it out with chicken, shrimp or sausage.
Future Plans
There’s quite a lot of new faces on here lately so if you missed it, I am doing a fun thanksgiving series. I am taking some of the classics and putting unique spins on them. As much as I love the classics, I don’t think it’s as valuable to you guys to give you the same recipes that you already have. SO if you have any specific dishes in mind please send me a message, comment down below, or leave a request in the chat :)!
I am also cooking for a friendsgiving so I will be taking you all along for that as well!
This week I was working on cocktails, most of which will be able to be in a batched option :). Here’s a little sneak peak of the process!
