Hope everyone is having a great week so far!
As the weather gets warmer and days get longer, I enjoy making meals that take less time (make that make sense…). Don’t get me wrong I love the process of cooking but I think there is balance between how long you slave over a stove/grill and actually the time you get to enjoy with the ones around you.
So 30 minute meals are definitely going to be a top priority for me this upcoming Spring.
Let me preface, the day I made this it was 70ºF and sunny. So if you watch the video you’ll see me make this fully on my grill. Not a necessity by any means, if anything it was beyond extra. BUT with that being said, you totally can use your grill as a “burner” just make sure you are using a stainless steel pan or cast iron.
And with that, I think it’s only fair we keep this intro short as well.
