Use mini baking dishes or a regular sized baking dish/pie pan, it’s entirely up to you. Personally speaking I enjoy the mini because they are the perfect size for 1 serving.

Puff Pastry (store bought)
1 lb. Bone In Skin On Chicken Thighs (~3-4 thighs) Diced
4 oz. Bacon/Pork Jowl/Pancetta
4 Garlic Cloves Minced
